Pros: Steam shower, large living room, good sized bedrooms, convenient to ski resort, quiet area, communication with host’s property managerCons: furnace did not work until late Saturday night, primary bed is quite firm (good if you like that, not so much if you don’t), condo is generally dark/lacking natural light. Had a nice weekend up there, but it was 53 in the condo on Friday morning. We felt lucky the weather was mild.
We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Tahoe condo with friends! The place was super clean, cozy, and the beds were so comfortable! Great location for getting to the lake and exploring the area. It had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing trip, and the host was really easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again on our next Tahoe getaway!
Had a very relaxing stay. With a jet tub comfortably sized for two adults and a steam shower I was thoroughly enjoying the spa amenities. Didn't make use of the local dining, instead used their spacious kitchen. But we liked the fact that we could walk to restaurants in a few minutes time as an option. Overall loved the condo comforts and the convenience of it's close proximity to restaurants. My only ding is that the parking isn't next to the condo unit. I recommend you bring a small cart with you if you're lugging multiple things without rollers. The condo owner also has a wagon cart which is very helpful. But felt wasn't quite big enough to carry a load to make fewer round-trips.
It was very clean and in a great location! We had a wonderful time. It could stand to use a few updates, but overall was a great location and very clean and safe.
Communication with Mimi was great, the location is excellent, and the property grounds are very well maintained. We especially loved the heated floors downstairs. However, if the heated floors are turned off or not functioning, there seems to be no easy way to adjust them, which could use some attention. The unit itself was mostly clean, but there were several maintenance and safety concerns that need to be addressed. The stove was very difficult to use and either needs calibration or replacement. The toaster oven absolutely should be replaced — the timer did not shut it off, and it stayed on for hours after use. Fortunately, we noticed it before it became a serious fire hazard. The coffee maker and filter area were dirty, the living room fireplace did not work, and the YouTube TV app was not logged in. Luckily, we use the service ourselves and were able to log into our own account. the dryer was still full of towels upon arrival, so we had to move them to the bunk beds. The upstairs toilet either ran very slowly or clogged multiple times during our stay. Many of the dishes were chipped or cracked and should be replaced. Overall, the unit has a lot of potential, but it needs some TLC and investment to bring it up to modern standards. Right now, it feels dated — more like something from the ‘60sOne final note: the listing advertises Incline Beach as an 8-minute walk away, but you cannot access it as it is private. Closest beach is a 2 mile walk.
Lovely condo in a well maintained complex. The location was ideal for us to explore Lake Tahoe from a quiet setting. We appreciated being able to walk to the restaurants within the complex for dinner rather than heading out again in the dark on unfamiliar mountain roads. The only problem we experienced was the lack of heat when we arrived. It was at 54 degrees and took 6 hours to reach a comfortable temperature. The contact person answered our call immediately and told us how to turn the heat on, so that was a positive. However, we spent our first night uncomfortable and wearing winter coats indoors.
We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Location was great. Came into town for a wedding across the street at the Hyatt. Proximity to the lake was awesome! The condo was clean and comfortable! Would stay again if we went back.
