Great couples cabin
This cabin was perfect. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg yet felt secluded. It was the perfect size for the two of us and was very comfortable. I would high recommend.

Lovely couple’s cabin
I loved the loft layout of the cabin. The roads are paved all the way to the cabin for easy to access and the check in process was just as easy to get in.

Cabin was very clean, had supplies you needed. Hot tub was wonderful. Shower was amazing! Felt like a car wash. Bed was comfy. Check in was a breeze. Owners stayed in communication. We used the free ticket to see a show. Nice bonus. We loved our stay and cant wait to come back. Far enough away from the city but close enough to get to the attractions.

No hot water in shower and thermostat not working properly and both recliners broke!! Vrbo charged 110.00 for what I am not sure?

I am so sorry for your uncomfortable stay. If you had alerted us to any issue we could have shown you how to use these items as they are all in working order. We have checked the cabin ourselves and have also checked in with our current guests to be sure all is as it should be.
As for the VRBO charge, that has nothing to do with us. Sorry for that issue at the end.
