The Space:

** IMPORTANT: Lake Access Disclosure: **

Our home sits right on beautiful Lake Barkley, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. However, please note that there is no traditional beach or cleared waterfront access directly on the property. While you may be able to wade into the water, lake access from the property is partial and can be impacted by weather—especially after storms, which may wash logs and natural debris onto the shoreline.

Our Boat Rental Partner :

Rent your boats here at Enjoy lake barkley. The boat rentals are $300 a day and they will drop off and pick it up for a fee of $50.

Guest Access:

• Access codes will be provided for self-check-in.

• Single-level home - You will have access to the entire home, the driveway, backyard, and the dock with 1 boat slip and lifts except for the loft sleeping area and the steps leading down to the lake

Other Things to Note:

Features Description:

• Age: All guests must be 21 with the exception of children with their parents.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: As you depart, please ensure all trash is placed in the designated cans and that no trash or food is left outside the home. Kindly set the bins at the curb Sunday evening for Monday morning pickup.

• Pets: Pets allowed with a $200 fee for up to 2 dogs.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• Some amenities, such as a Pack 'n Play, are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need them!

• We can host a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. However, we must uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their primary source of income and maintain their properties in business. Please book responsibly, and we appreciate your understanding.

• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
