Amazingly convenient and superbly managed!

This place was top-notch! Everything was as depicted or better. Elise was about as wonderful and prompt as humanly possible. We will DEFINITELY be looking here FIRST when we return to the Cape!

Simply perfect

Very nice place, the location is perfect. Everything was as clean as described. The host was easy to reach. In other words. Simplement parfait. I highly recommand this place.

Best stay on the Atlantic side in Florida

We were so impressed with the communication, ease of check-in and the unit it’s self. First, it is in a great location. Only a three minute walk to the nearby beach. Where we were able to see a Falcon Heavy launch and return of the boosters! Second, the unit was so clean and in great repair! We were impressed by the amount of linens available, extra blankets and heat were a bonus when Florida delivered a cold snap while we were visiting. Third, it is so well stocked! Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook while we were there. The laundry had everything needed for a beach day from coolers, a beach wagon to haul items in to beach chairs and boogie boards. Forth, it was close to everything we wanted to do and not far from some amazing outdoor restaurants. We will definitely stay again and will be recommending this to family and friends. As a travel agent I visit a lot of places and by far was impressed with this spot! You should check it out!

Why they chose this property

This little street is so unique in CC. It's the only private street and there is very little traffic or noise. The proximity to the beach, being just across the street sealed the deal for us - you can hear the ocean waves crashing and smell the sea. The house was completely renovated after we bought it so everything is new and lovely.

What makes this property unique

I love the private yard, where you have privacy and also can store things. Cooking in the backyard BBQ and eating under the stars is wonderful.
