Welcome to Warmth of the Sun! Everything about this home was designed for the perfect beach vacation. A back patio offers an outdoor kitchen area with a ceramic cooker, gas grill and private hot tub/spa. On the third floor, you'll find a 275 square-foot sun deck with chaise lounges and a large covered porch area to enjoy the evening breeze. When it's time to come inside, there's plenty of space to stretch out including two living rooms with large flat screen TVs, a beautiful kitchen and dining room, and five spacious bedrooms with flat screen TV's – making it the perfect getaway for large groups. Two primary king suites feature luxury en suite bathrooms, with a walk-in shower and Moen ioDigital vertical spa on the first floor, and a whirlpool tub and separate rainfall shower upstairs. All of the rooms flow into outdoor living spaces, offering plenty of places to stretch out with a good book or gather with friends after a long day. Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world's most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and ample lounge chairs to relax in.

Parking
Warmth of the Sun has a large, private driveway for two vehicles and nearby on-street parking for vehicles with the community pass.

NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY. The off-street parking spaces for vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Off-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a designated lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag. Parking anywhere on the street in non-designated areas is prohibited. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times in every vehicle. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottsages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 6:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 12:00 PM. Starting January 1, 2026, the check-in time will change from 6:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and the check-out time will change from 12:00 PM (noon) to 10:00 AM.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
