Lake View Cabin in Alton Bay Now featuring Lake Access, AC/ TV/ WiFi

This cabin features a screened in porch, 2 double beds, kitchen, toilet, & a clean shower house with 3 private showers with great water pressure steps from your door.
We have a 24 hour Coffee Bar, Laundry, Ice and Vending Machine on site, next to our showers for you to enjoy FREE of charge.


Enjoy our several charcoal/gas grills, outdoor tables, fire pits and tables, on-site arcade, yard games including corn hole, and connect four while taking in the wonderful lake views.

Lake Access:
You can see the lake access from your cabin just a short walk past the arcade, towards the steps and you will see our Lake Access sign, This access has a sandy bottom. If you are wanting a more traditional sandy beach we are within walking distance to the Alton Town Beach

Vacanza NH has complementary bicycles and kayaks for our guests to use on a first come first serve basis. We are within walking distance to most of Alton Bay attractions including the town beach (sandy beach) restaurants, ice cream, and the marina.

This cabin is perfect for vacations, & enjoying the all the lakes region has to offer, rent multiple cabins for the perfect group getaway.


We do allow pets, but please review our pet policy to ensure our cabins are the right fit.

Pet Policy:
We must be notified in advance that you will be bringing a pet(s), and weight of your pet(s).

-Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.

-All guests will be charged a one-time flat fee of $40.00 per pet per day or a flat $200 fee for weekly stays.

-Guest agrees to clean up animal waste of the pet(s) and agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any damage, injury, or actions arising from or caused by pet(s).

-All pets must be in crates if left unattended, and cannot cause any disturbance, to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced .

-Pet(s) cannot be left alone for more than 3 hours. They cannot be tied up outside unattended, and must be on a leash when outside.

Very clean cabin! Loved having a little screened in porch! The chairs and fire pit right out front of our spot was an added bonus. The showers had great water pressure and were very clean! Would visit again.

Weekend getaway

We had a great time at the Vacanza cabins. It was awesome having kayaks to use whenever we wanted, short walk to Alton town beach and restaurants/ ice cream. It was great, I'll probably be booking another stay here again. Kids had a blast too.

We found all the comforts of home at our fingertips and the on site amenities were just what we had hoped for, for a relaxing getaway. The other folks staying were also a part of the experience that made it great. We got to chat with other travelers in a relaxed environment. We could have kept to ourselves and had a private and relaxing experience if that had been what we wanted, but to our pleasant surprise, it was nice to chat and share.

Great location

The property is affordable and very clean. The owner and his family were warm and accommodating. The location was perfect for my teen children — they loved the kayaks, the small swimming area, and the location. They could walk to town for ice cream and have a little independence. All in all, it was a lovely vacation.

we enjoyed our stay in cabin 7. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us, the screened porch is great for enjoying an evening quiet time. Showers are very nice and have actual water pressure. i love the coffee area, since hubby and i dont always agree on coffee! The cabin was neat and tidy, and we were comfy with the A/C! This was our second stay in cabin 7 and will definately be back!
