Convenient and comfortable

I really liked the sunroom where I spent time on some creative projects. I did have some trouble getting the heat adjusted, but it was comfortable. The shower is really large and nice, but the shower head could be upgraded. The owners were home next door and very friendly and kind, even left me a treat!

Cute and cozy gem in Kingston

We booked this Vrbo for two nights while we attended the Sheep and Wool Festival. It’s a cozy apartment at the back of a Victorian house, so at times you can hear the family, but it wasn’t a bother at all. The bed was supportive and comfortable, the bathroom big enough my husband and I could both get ready. We found a great sushi restaurant about a ten minute walk from the house. There’s also a cvs and dîner within about the same distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I easily recommend this rental.

A great place to stay and friendly owner. We were here only briefly but enjoyed being able to walk to historic downtown Kingston and to midtown Broadway.

Nice place to stay

As the vrbo description says, it's an apartment in the back of a Victorian. The neighborhood is very nice and we found it a great place to stay during our visit to Kingston. The property management were very good communicators and we sure appreciate this!
