We had a wonderful stay at Louis and Seth’s' place. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The backyard was very nice with a lot of space and privacy. The host was excellent at communicating, was very responsive and he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed!

This space was really cute and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, we had all of the amenities needed and even more, and I must mention that the shower in the bathroom was amazing. We all loved being there and were so grateful to be able to travel with our cat and find a pet-friendly space.

The house has been redone in a very pleasing aesthetic and impeccably clean. I appreciated the coffee pods that were left and tea bags and shampoo etc. it’s really thoughtful when owners have these for guests. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the temperature was easy to make comfortable with the individual ac units. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood around the house needs some TLC. We had pizza at Sorry Charlie which was a quick walk away and really enjoyed it. I would stay again but be aware that the train is very close and loud. The homeowners do provide sound machines in each. Broom but I’d you’re a light sleeper this is not the place for you. A fire station is also close by.

Ecstatic chant

We stayed this past Labor Day weekend for a local chanting event. The place was clean and comfortable. The hot tub at night was a great touch. We would stay here again

My Stay In Kingston

The property was very clean. It was just as it was posted. The owner was very responsive and went above and beyond for my last minute stay. I look forward to my next trip there in June.

Misleading listing. Apartment is 2 blocks from major freight train route which ran all through the night. Clearly a known noise issue with earplugs and white noise machines in the bedroom. Would have been better to know upfront this would interrupt sleep throughout the night. Backs onto a bar so band noises till 1am. Backyard is tired and not as presented.

Cute Apt in Kingston

My wife and I came to Kingston to get away for a few days. The apartment was exactly as listed. Coming from the city the train noise didn't affect us at all.

Beautiful Hudson Valley Escape

We had the best time staying at Seth and Louis' home. It is the perfect dog friendly vacation home with an awesome outdoor area. We absolutely loved coming home to the hammock, firepit and hot tub after a day of hiking. The house itself was extremely clean and very well maintained. Seth and Louis were the best hosts, they provided us with so much information on the surrounding area and gave us great helpful tips for the house. We would completely recommend this house for anyone looking for a chilled out relaxing getaway.

Wonderful Apartment; Great Communication

VRBO doesn't fully convey all the required details and we needed to communicate with the EXCELLENT owner/manager on a couple of issues.

Comfortable apartment

This apartment was clean and comfortable, and matched the online description. It was not particularly quiet: there is a bar next door, additional VRBO guests upstairs, and trains passing through the neighborhood throughout the night. But the owners provide white noise machines and earplugs, and the noise didn't disrupt my sleep at all.

Disgruntled

The train ran six times overnight starting at 1:30am. The image given of the hot tub appeared to have a private fenced-in yard but didn’t.

The inside of the house was very clean. Plenty of dishes and utensils available. However the furniture was hard and not inviting. There were cigarette butts and litter in the back yard. The cleaning crew needs to pay a bit more time sprucing things up. It would be much more inviting.
