The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash can go in the large brown containers behind the white gate, or just leave it bagged inside — housekeeping will handle it. Used towels can be left on the bathroom floor.
Before you go, please set the thermostat to 75°F / 23°C and close all windows and doors. Key Largo humidity can cause condensation damage when doors are left open with the A/C running.
Need a later check-out? Please let us know in advance and we'll do our best based on housekeeping availability. Late check-out is subject to approval and an additional fee.

NO SWIMMING, DIVING OR SNORKELING IN THE CANAL. Active boat traffic. No lifeguard, no supervision. Children must be supervised near water at all times
Exterior security camera at the front entrance records video and audio of the entry area only. No cameras inside units or any private area.
Quiet hours 10PM-8AM. One vehicle per unit. No grills, fire pits, candles or open flame. No fishing from dock or seawall. Flush toilet paper only.

The main bed was too firm for me but the smaller couch/beds were good. Not a ton of boat traffic so it's not noisy unless a neighbor throws a party. We're so grateful for a wonderful experience!"
