This expertly decorated 2nd-floor villa at Huntington is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath pet-friendly villa with a beautiful lagoon view. Just across the street is the beach path, making the walk to the beach an easy two-minute walk. This building is raised, so the villa has a 1st-floor entry but is on the 2nd floor. The Huntington complex has a heated pool, children's pool, and an outdoor hot tub. It offers beautiful views of the canal that runs through the plantation. Equipped with both a sun porch and a screened-in porch take advantage of dining outdoors. The patio has a table and chairs that will seat six and there is a pass-through window from the kitchen to the porch. The living area is open and encompasses the kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining room, and living room. This spacious villa is perfect for the whole family.

Dog friendly retreat

Very impressed with layout of unit. Porches were wonderful. Unit was very quiet/ building well sound-proofed. Everything was very nice. This is not a knock--but steps from entry up to living area are a little bit of a workout....especially when moving in or out....not for those who depend upon elevators. Pool in complex was also very nice. Less than 5" walk down sidewalk path to beach. We would return in the future.

Great place!

We love Huntington and we’re thrilled to have found a place that would take our little Cavalier. The LVP flooring was perfect for puppy paws and sand! Our only complaint is I wish there was more pots and pans for cooking and regular beds rather than bunk beds for guests. The Vacation Company did a fabulous job! Thanks!

Beautiful Condo

We loved this condo. We really liked the high ceilings in the living room which made the space very open and airy. Great closet space. There was an outdoor porch and another screened in porch with a swing which was a plus. The location was close to the beach, the many restaurants, supermarket, outdoor mall, marinas, etc. We were extremely satisfied with renting this condo and plan on coming back.

Perfect unit in a dreamy community

My family and I had an incredible stay at this condo. The screened in porch was definitely the best part. The perfect respite from the bugs and mugginess of open air! We loved how close we were to the beach, and within such a gorgeous community too. The best evening activity was biking to get soft serve at the general store. We would absolutely stay here again!
