Welcome to the luxurious one bedroom Barrington Villa, located on the third floor with stunning oceanfront views in Palmetto Dunes. The villa is furnished with sunny bright beach colors to ensure your total relaxation. This villa sleeps four and features a full kitchen, a big deck with comfortable seating and an unbeatable view overlooking the beach, oceanfront pool and the Atlantic.

The master bedroom suite is equipped with a king-size bed, mirrored double closet, cable TV, a balcony, and a whirlpool tub in the master bath. The great room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and access to a half bath. The living room features a new flat screen TV and a new DVD/VCR unit, and there is also a second half bath off the foyer for your convenience. Additionally, a Maytag washer and dryer are available. The villa also offers a sun lounger plus table and chairs on the double balconies and an updated kitchen with free Wi-Fi. You can enjoy a meal at the upholstered seating in the dining area or grab a quick bite at the kitchen's breakfast bar. From your private covered balcony, you can hear the ocean, view the sunrise or the reflected sunset while enjoying a panoramic view of the ocean, the beach, the gardens, and the pool!

Located in the Palmetto Dunes Resort, Barrington Court is a beautifully landscaped low-rise elevator building with sheltered parking for residents and guests. It is considered one of the best-landscaped and managed properties on Hilton Head Island. It boasts a beach pavilion with a year-round heated pool and hot tub, outdoor shower, covered grill area for outdoor entertaining, and private beach access. Barrington Court is located across from the renowned Arthur Hills golf course and a quick walk to Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. The villa is also steps from the Omni Hotel, making it a perfect location for families or couples who love the beach, golf, tennis, water sports, and just relaxing. The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, good location with all the amenities. There was some repairs being done on the building, which was disclosed, but didn't interfere with our stay.

Peaceful Area

Our stay was really nice here. It’s really hard to find a nice spot that can accommodate a mobility scooter and easy access to the beach. All except for easy beach access was good. However, there is a location about halfway into the resort that is easier to get someone with mobility issues on the beach. The room was clean, but could use some updating in the bathrooms.

Beautiful pet friendly condo with an ocean view. Cleanest place I have ever stayed with my pet. Typically, I have to go in and clean because pet friendly rentals are not the best. We were so pleased with everything about this place. Great location and the patio had a beautiful view with great seating. Perfect for our morning coffee and evening reading. It’s only a partial ocean view but the grounds are just beautiful. We even saw deer walking thru. So many people had their pets but we never heard any barks and everyone cleaned up after them. It was just a perfect stay all around.

We very much enjoyed the views from this unit. The complex is quiet and enjoyable. The only negative for us is the beach entrance which has quite a few steps. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great Location With Beautiful Views!

We have been enjoying Hilton Head for years now and this condo could not have been more perfect for us! The property is peaceful and beautiful. The condo is decorated wonderfully, with beautiful views of the lagoon, pool, and ocean from a large balcony. We had a straight on view and were surrounded by beautiful grounds. We will most certainly be back and look forward to becoming repeat visitors for years to come.

Beautiful Barrington 309

This unit is very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the pool and fountains, and with a partial ocean view. ( Make sure shower sprays away from curtain, water tends to come out). The deck is a highlight as it is in the shade in the afternoon.

Nice week at beach

Really enjoyed the home. It was quiet and the neighborhood was beautiful. Easy access to beach and pool. Loved the balcony. I do think the place needs some updated lighting especially in the bedroom. The current lamps were dark and not cutting it. Overall I would rent this unit again.

Everything was great! I had to buy vinegar and clean the coffee pot, but that was my only complaint. Just remember it’s not your house.
