Welcome to Barrington Court 309, a third floor retreat with stunning oceanfront views in Palmetto Dunes. The villa is furnished with sunny bright beach colors to ensure your total relaxation. This villa sleeps four and features a full kitchen, a big deck with comfortable seating and an unbeatable view overlooking the beach, oceanfront pool and the Atlantic.

Living Spaces:
The living room features a new flat screen TV and a new DVD/VCR unit, and there is also a second half bath off the foyer for your convenience. You can enjoy a meal at the upholstered seating in the dining area or grab a quick bite at the kitchen's breakfast bar. Additionally, a Maytag washer and dryer are available.

Accommodations:
The master bedroom suite is equipped with a king-size bed, mirrored double closet, cable TV, a balcony, and a whirlpool tub in the master bath. The great room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and access to a half bath.

Outdoors:
From your private covered balcony, you can hear the ocean, view the sunrise or the reflected sunset while enjoying a panoramic view of the ocean, the beach, the gardens, and the pool!
