This place is not 2 bedrooms as described. The upper level is open plan and due to lack of ceiling sound insulation in the ground floor bedroom (which does have a door) every movement can be heard in the upper area.There was no privacy at all for the person sleeping in the mezzanine open plan area.The ground floor bedroom had insufficient light with the lanai blocking all natural sunlight - the room is dark and gloomy.The kitchen layout was dangerous due to a hob kettle and microwave located high above made for uncomfortable working in that small space with any of the hob rings turned on.In all the owner has safety and privacy issues to resolve there in our opinion.

A single star review from a guest that couldn't figure out how to operate a modern electric stove. As advertised, this IS in fact a 2R unit in a loft configuration, hence the Property name "One Loft". The lanai addition creates a screened in area for outdoor dining and relaxation, whether there or not, the direction the building faces determines the amount of light, which we can't exactly move. Really a very unfair and unjustified rating.

Perfect Home Away from Home!

We were the lucky family who got to stay at Jeff’s place first and what a treat!! It exceeded all our expectations: from high end appliances, comfy beds and modern bathrooms to TVs in every room and the tasteful deco throughout the condo. It is perfectly located 5 min from restaurants and beaches. The gated community is quiet and well maintained and the pool area was perfect with plenty of chaise lounges and beds. Jeff was extremely helpful and answered our questions within minutes! We totally recommend Jeff’s place and will definitely come back!
