We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable home. Please note that this is a rural, mountain setting, and the occasional insect is a natural part of the Catskills experience. We take every precaution to minimize this and thoroughly disinfect and clean the home before each stay.

Cell service may be limited in certain areas and along the drive. Once connected to our Wi-Fi, guests typically experience reliable service.

SECURITY CAMERAS

For the safety of our guests and home, there are three exterior-only security cameras. These are used strictly for security purposes, including monitoring guest count and undisclosed pets. There are no cameras inside the home.

Any attempt to tamper with or disable the cameras will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $500 fine, and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
