Adorable and spacious home perfect for families or groups, centrally located in a cute neighborhood. Less than 30 minutes to Sacramento, and less than 2 hours from South Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to parks, and 2 miles to Starbucks or shopping. Perfect for a relaxing stay in a spacious home that's centrally located in the greater Sacramento area. Quick access to Highway 80 & 50, gives easy access to endless day trips.

While we are a pet friendly house, we do require a non refundable pet deposit. When checking out, please choose the dog option when adding the total amount of guests and children in your group.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure all animal feces is picked up and removed from yards and placed in trash cans.
Please return any moved furniture to its original location (indoor or outdoor)
Please turn the thermostat to 68 (winter) or 74 (summer) as well as turn off any lights/fans inside and outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties/Events! Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate removal and cancellation of your stay without a refund.
No pets unless noted in itinerary and cleared with host before arrival.
No glitter or confetti! If glitter or confetti is found after the stay, a $250 addition cleaning fee will be charged.

Overall, the house was exceptional! The beds were very comfortable, the house was stocked with all necessities and more, and our host was very responsive and helpful. The only downsides were the thermostat is automated and cannot be adjusted if it gets too cold or too hot, there are child locks on the cabinets and drawers, and they had the yard people over very early in the morning on a Saturday. With that being said, I would highly recommend staying here! It is a great location, very clean, and had an excellent and accommodating host!

My family chose this place mainly because it had the proper space for our large family and it was 3 minutes away from our other family that lives in CA. This home would be our top choice if we come to visit again.

Perfect for the whole family

Family wedding

This property was so roomy for our family of 8. Having so many king sized beds was a BIG plus as the 6 adults are all over 6 ft tall and the grandchildren (the other 2 in our group) loved all the toys they had to play with. Our stay here was perfect for our family of 10 and 2 dogs. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of tp for the bathrooms! Hosts communication was on point. House is well taken care of and clean. We really enjoyed the open living/dining areas and the backyard. Ohh and the ac was awesome! We’d definitely return.
