This is a beautiful midtown house that’s just perfect for a home away from home! It’s on the end of a street so it’s super quiet with a huge backyard and beautiful back deck!
The house is set up with all bedrooms down the hall and one bedroom with an extra large en suite bathroom and closet.
Nice size kitchen and bonus room too with a double washer and dryer laundry area!

Pack and play and futon beds (5) available in living and bonus game room! Ping pong table! Chalkboard! And projector for super fun movie nights!

You’ll have access to all of the fenced area on the property!
The patio/back deck is shared by another 1 bed/1 bath unit in the back (attached to the house, but no access to the house); other than the back deck and back yard - none of the other space is shared. (The other unit is available to rent as well or you can rent the whole house altogether through a separate listing - contact me for details)

I love HOSTING! It's been so much fun creating spaces for guests to come and feel at home! Mary is our property manager and does an amazing job making sure you will have whatever you need. (Thank God for Mary!) My husband and I have 5 children so we're typically running around like chickens with heads cut off - but we wouldn't trade a thing!

Why they chose this property

There aren't many locations around Mobile better than this one! This is a great spot simply because the backyard makes you forget your in such a centrally located spot in the city. The beautiful live oak in the backyard gets me every time!

What makes this property unique

Benefits of this place are so many! Where can you stay in such a large home with a huge backyard in the city but not around all the traffic!?!
The bonus room is a great spot to add a couple extras too - a futon is down there already, but if you're in need of some extra sleeping spots we have some extra cots and floor mattresses that can be available for you!
