Beautiful upside down home in a great Stone Harbor location featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths! Relax on the covered front porch to enjoy the summer breezes and enter into a spacious family room. Two of the bedrooms on this floor have a jack and Jill tiled bath. There is also a junior suite on this floor with a large closet and tiled bathroom. The second floor has an open floor plan with lots of natural sunlight and a gas fireplace. There is a view of the bay from the second floor deck with lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. The beautiful kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a double oven, wine fridge and a large kitchen island with a granite top. The master bedroom is spacious with a gorgeous bathroom with a double sink and a large, tiled walk-in shower. Off street parking for two vehicles. This home is close to the recreational field, tennis courts, restaurants, 2 blocks to the beach and just a short walk to town. A perfect home to make your holiday memories!
