Host is very responsive. We appreciated the response time and the follow through. The stay was great. We'd recommend for a lot of different occasions as the house has a lot of versatility for why groups would, could, and should book!

Thanks for the kind words Jeffrey! We used to book vacation rentals for work across the country and I tried to bring the best parts of all of my favorite stays under one roof. Thatā€™s why we have over 100 amenities and more space for larger groups! Hated renting a huge property with a 6 person patio and 6 person dining table inside lol I think weā€™re the only ones with multiple expandable tables in the garage so you can turn the dining table or patio into a large dining area to fit the whole group!

Everything was perfect for our group staying here. We had 6 families with kids traveling for a baseball trip. The boys loved the game rooms and the pool. We were also able to have a very low key team building get together for the athletes to play and swim together for a few house on one of the nights

It was wonderful hosting your team and the 6 baseball families! Itā€™s always great knowing young athletes are at the house because I know there are so many ways to compete and have fun for them while theyā€™re here. The home was really built with them in mind because growing up playing sports inspired me to make this house perfect for traveling teams and we tried to equip it with everything including the full gym and being near a national park really helps for any necessary trainings to be convenient and even accessible and walking distance away!

The host and property were great. The host was quicky responsive to questions and needs of our group. Coming from California to Phoenix heat was expected to be a challenge, but the host made sure the house was kept cool during our entire stay. Even when the house filled with people, we were still kept cool. This property is very family-friendly.

It was a very smooth process and had plenty of space for all of our friends staying with us. The host was super communicative and helped me plan out how we would help everyone fit comfortably. When we had some trouble with the A/C, we got a response back within the hour and got the issue resolved. The gaming room was the biggest draw for our group, and we were down there hanging out every night. The PC's worked great and allowed for us all to play Marvel Rivals together. Additionally, this VRBO has so many bathrooms; it was really nice for larger groups of people, and 2 fridges, so plenty of space for food. Finally, what isn't seen very well in the pictures is that there is a decent-sized grass area in the backyard next to the pool, along with a fire pit. It was a very pleasant surprise upon arrival for everyone,

This property was great for our party of 20 family and friends. Very clean, two roomy gathering spaces, and the pool was lots of fun. There were a few small items that could be repaired/spruced up, but nothing that hampered our stay. Rashad is a wonderful host; super responsive and helpful.

Had a good stay but most of the amenities were not quite operable. Many of the pcā€™s had us locked out of all continent the first 24 hours until we got usernames and passwords. Most of the consoles in other rooms either had cd/cartridges that were too damaged to be played, or the controllers were flat out dead with no batteries ready to go. We made the most of it, but having someone regularly go there and make sure things are playable, batteries are charged, and all account info is present for PC play would be nice.

We have a large drawer in the kitchen stocked with every sized battery because with so many systems and different controllers we canā€™t really keep them charged so we just leave an endless supply of batteries at the house. We have backups for many of the games if something does break just let us know and we can drop it off for you next time. Iā€™m glad to hear you still enjoyed your stay and Iā€™m sorry you didnā€™t have the sign-in information as this is usually always sent with check-in instructions! Rashad was an excellent host. We had a few questions and he answered them immediately. The outside of the property was very, very nice. It had a great covered patio with a TV. The pool with the slide going into it was a hit with the grandchildren as was the pool volleyball net. The pool water and hot tub was a great temperature for our little ones. We had a lot of room inside the house to all spread out and get a good nice sleep. The inside could use a little love in some areas but all in all it was OK. We had a great time and would surely rent this place again.

Wonderful house

My entire group really enjoyed this house. It was very clean and very spacious. We really loved the pool and how safe the neighborhood seemed. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

If I could I would rate this home as a 4.5 only because there are some maintenance issues that need taken care of. A new basketball net is needed, tiles replaced on the hot tub and slide, a dripping shower head, just small stuff. Overall it was a great stay with plenty of outdoor space. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. We did not use the gaming space at all but used all other spaces. Very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked which we appreciated as we cooked all of our meals there. There was a great park close, a 10 minute walk I would book again if going to Phoenix.

Golf Trip

We had a wonderful stay and Rashad was great! The location was perfect for our golf trip and the house had more than enough room to accommodate all 15 guests in our group. The grill, pool, and outdoor patio + TV were a huge plus for us as well. Highly recommend this stay to any large groups visiting the Phoenix area!

We came to Phoenix for a concert for the kiddos that turned into a family reunion! The NoMad Gamer house definitely accommodated our large family quite well, and that says a lot! There was so much house! The back porch & pool area was fantastic and helped ease the August summer heatā€¦The pool slide was a lot of fun for all ages! The center grassy area and table was perfect for relaxing and watching the littles play outside of the pool area! The gaming side of the house was an absolute hit for many in our crew and while the bulk of the gaming was in that area, there was gaming stuff in nearly every single room of the house!! The kitchen was very big and allowed for many hands to be busy in there at once. The location was great! The main airport is pretty close, and the Mesa airport drive was only about an hour, so not terrible. We didnā€™t seem to be too far from anywhere we wanted to go. Cons:The bedroom set up wasnā€™t exactly as it is listed on the site. That threw us a little bit trying to figure out where to put everyone. The biggest conā€¦the A/C on the gamer side of the house was NOT working, upstairs or downstairsā€¦in August!!! We had to cram people on couches, move mattresses to living room floors etc so that we didnā€™t have people overheating or babies in that heat! Someone was sent to check it, but it did not resolve and no accommodations were made to account for that! I have been told the unit is being/has been fixed or replaced but unfortunately that didnā€™t help usā€¦

Great place for all ages!

Spacious and well appointed home with an awesome pool and backyard area. Great outdoor grilling/eating space and with small kids we especially appreciated the fence around the pool. The water slide is a highlight for all ages. The owner was super responsive and helpful, great all around experience!

Great stay

We traveled from California to celebrate my daughters birthday who turned 4. Family from CA traveled with us and family and friends from AZ also came to celebrate with us. This place has plenty of space to accommodate all of us and the host was prompt to reply and make sure our stay was comfortable. I would definitely come back in the future!
