2 Nights Minimum - Private space for total of 3 guests (max) including infants and children. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood near Asheville. The unit encompasses the entire lower level of the duplex (700 SF) with a separate, private entrance, a private patio, a firepit, and a deck with fantastic, extensive long-range mountain views. The owner lives on the upper level. The home is just minutes from AVL regional airport, the Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway, and many hiking trails. Collier Cove Nature Preserve is only 1/2 mile away. Check-in is at 2 PM and Check-out is a 10 AM.

Charming and Quiet

Great views on the way up to our stay! Great communication from the host, clean and comfortable inside. Great notes inside so we knew how things worked. Fire pit added to the mountain getaway vibes! Thank you!

Perfect home away from home

Nice private, quiet location. Great place to unwind after a busy day. Very comfortable and clean. The host was very thoughtful in providing everything that we could have possibly needed. It was truly a home away from home. We were there for almost 2 weeks because we were looking for a place to relocate from NY. The location was perfect for us to travel to different places (even Tennessee) and not be too far away from anything. Cathy was a very gracious host. I highly recommend this property.

Great weekend stay!

Cathy's mountain cabin was the perfect spot for a couple of days in Asheville. She is very communicative and was extremely accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

I also work as a Flight Attendant for Allegiant Air at Asheville Regional Airport. I am home every night. Allegiant only does out-and-back flights, aka "day trips."
