Beautiful, Centralized Location

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect place for our group! There were plenty of restaurants nearby and we were within a reasonable distance from the Biltmore and Asheville. I'd stay here again if I needed a place in the area.

We arrived in the dark. Winding road but great sign stating enter here. It was my husband & I and my son & daughter in law. We could have easily had room for the grandkids too. Very nice!

Hello - Unfortunately we weren't able to stay due to Hurricane Helene. It sounds like the house luckily faired well. We had very seamless and kind communication from the host before and after the hurricane. Wish we could have stayed as the house looks beautiful. Wishing them and the surrounding area the best during recovery.

Clean & Quiet

Clean and quiet are two of my top priorities when staying in a vacation rental and this checks both boxes. This is an Arden location south of Asheville and tucked down a short gravel driveway among other modest houses. The place is simple but comfortable…. most importantly, clean. There is a sunroom that opens up to become a screen porch which is a pleasant area to enjoy. The kitchen is small and not particularly well stocked with kitchen “stuff” and without a dishwasher but has a full refrigerator, large sink, oven and cooktop. All and all, the price is very fair, and it was clean, quiet, and had comfy beds for a great night’s sleep.

A gem of a Vrbo!

We were in town for a long weekend for a wedding at the Biltmore country club. The rental is close to everything you might need whether it be the airport or groceries or restaurants or the road to downtown without having to get on the freeway! Seems like they are always working on the Asheville, freeways. The rental was super clean, it had everything we could possibly need, the beds were very very comfortable, the giant TV only had one remote, which was easy to figure out versus many rentals we end up in. The AC was super easy to adjust. We were just very pleased with this rental. We chose to do this instead of renting at a hotel, and are glad we did! Highly recommend for sure!
