Beautiful getaway. Newly remodeled and new to rental. Relaxing screened in porch with an amazing ocean breeze. Enjoy walks on a quite street minutes to the beach. (0.6 miles to beach).
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level with a large living room. The living area opens to a screened in porch overlooking the golf course 4th tee box. The porch is the perfect spot to watch deer that roam in the evening hours. (Upstairs private for owners..)
All TVs are smart TVs with free wifi available in the home. Renters may log into apps with their own accounts.
Ocean Ridge is a small gated community that offers golf, tennis, and recreation. GUEST AMENITY available for a FEE at recreation center. Wyndham amenities include 3 pools, tennis, pickle ball, work out facility, and beach cabana (bike rentals available to guests for a fee from private local businesses).
Towels, bed sheets, pillow cases (linens) ARE PROVIDED. (Beach towels not included).
Absolutely NO pets, NO smoking or vaping/electronic cigarettes. House will only be rented to responsible adult guests. House on quiet cul de sac with quiet hours 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. No house parties or large gatherings permitted. RING doorbell in use.
Maximum of 6 guest. (One queen in master and bunk beds (2 double beds) in 2nd bedroom). Parking for two cars available.

Everything was great about the place once we were able to figure out where things were and how they worked. Had the wrong key code to begin with to get into the place but the owner answered her phone right away and solved the issue immediately. She also answered any questions I had asap. Great host and great location. Highly recommend.

Wonderful time in Edisto!

We had a lovely visit to Maureen’s condo. It was comfortable and clean, and she went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She is a generous and accommodating host and her home is perfect for a family. We met up with two other families, staying in nearby units and had a perfect week at the beach! Would highly recommend!

This property was perfect for what we needed. We loved sitting on the back porch for breakfast in the mornings and family time in the evenings. The deer were plentiful. Maureen was also great in her communication with us and taking care of our needs. We can’t recommend this property enough!!

This place was incredible! Located inside the Wyndham Ocean Ridge on the 4th hole women’s tee box, with a breathtaking view of the golf course! Very spacious home within reasonable distance to the pools and beach! Perfect! The Byrds were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to make sure our family had the perfect vacation! I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing!

We absolutely loved our time here! The island is beautiful and very safe for kids. The beaches are awesome as well! The home was very clean and just all around perfect! The screened in porch was great, my wife and I would sit out there every night once the kids went to bed! It was spacious and just felt like home! I can't recommend it enough! The home owner was so nice and answered our questions right away and even gave great recommendations on beaches and restaurants! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend you staying here!

Girls Weekend

The overall stay was great. Location was great. Wished we would have been informed that there was cameras watching our in’s and out’s of the home. Made me and my guest uncomfortable. Which by law is not something that should be done to people renting a place. If the owners fill that they have to have watch all the time when renting, they might not want to rent. Privacy and respect go hand in hand. But other than that our trip was great!
