This downstairs unit is fully furnished and includes a large backyard. Only 6 short blocks to the heart of downtown Pismo and the beach. Enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer. Perfect for traveling nurses, doctors or anyone coming into the area for work. Owner will only allow 1 person who works days to stay in the property. One car only. No exceptions! No pets/ No smoking / No parties

Walking distance around town, Uber and cab service available. There is a bus station at the 5 Cities Premium Outlets approximately 1/2 mile away.
