Views of Nauset Beach from almost every room of this 5 BR/3 BA classic, wood filled Cape Cod home in Nauset Heights. A 3 minute walk to world-renowned Nauset Beach and easy walk to inland waters and beach of Nauset Cove. Large wraparound deck with unobstructed views of Nauset's dunes and The Cape Cod National Seashore. This house has a very private view with just conservation area between it and the water, like your own private nature preserve. You will be renting the entire property. There is a garage and studio pictured but these are not used by anyone during the rental season - just owner storage. 



Callanan's Pass provides a walking path directly to Nauset Beach just North of the public beach. This offers a respite away from the crowds of the public beach. The main floor has a whole side of the house facing the water with views through sliders and large picture windows from the kitchen and living room. A full deck just off the kitchen and living room with full views of conservation land below the Atlantic Ocean make you feel connected to the outdoors. Cool Ocean breezes come in right off the water in summer.

A short drive down a very private road off Nauset Heights leads you to this Cape Cod Classic. Wrap around decks offer a relaxing respite with views of Nauset Beach and dunes. Beautiful tub on the second floor, wooden floors throughout except for the large tiled lower living area. Exposed beams throughout the house, kitchen and living areas open to the view, Cozy bedrooms capture the spectacular Cape Cod light in the morning.
