This place was fantastic! We loved being in walking distance to the little coffee house and the ice cream shop. The Coconut Palm was very clean and cozy! This is our new favorite place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay at Coconut Palm!

My wife and I thoroughly our time at Coconut Palm! The cozy apartment was conveniently located, very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We especially liked the bed linens. Our host, Garrett, provided information on how we could buy the linens upon our request! My wife and I would definitely stay here again!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

This apartment was accurately described. Nicely decorated, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is the connecting walls to other apartments are very thin. Every morning at 5am you could hear the neighbors above us.

Great Location and Accommodation

The Coconut Palm is located in the historic Pinecraft community of Sarasota. It is well located to access downtown Sarasota and the beaches. There are restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was very quiet.The suite was comfortable, lovely decor and well-appointed. The only drawback for me was what seemed thin walls and flooring between suites. I was aware of conversations from other suites and walking around from the suite above.

The apartment was even nicer than we expected. The online pictures don't lie. The entire property was very updated and modern. Talked to the property manager and he was helpful. Entire neighborhood was si gle homes, apartments for snow birds. Easy to get around.

The apartment is exactly what you see on line. The HVAC is the problem when it comes on it sounds like airplane taking off which is unusual it will wake you up. And the walls are paper thin so if someone is in unit about you every step they take you hear
