Enjoy the breathtaking sunrise view at this beautifully upgraded 2 bedroom/2 bath condo overlooking the ocean. Located on the seventh floor of Sea Colonys Dover House building (elevators and stair access). With all-new modern appliances, and nautical decor, this condo is your ticket to beachfront paradise. Spend endless hours on your balcony, newly furnished with high-top Adirondack seating to maximize the unobstructed ocean views, and easy key-less entry access to your unit for your stay. Guests have access to 1 reserved covered parking space, along with a garage locker with 2 beach chairs and a boogie board. This condo is situated next to 708 Dover House condo, a 1 bedroom, if you want to book for a larger group. Inquire about booking both properties.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels. Please let us know how many guests will be coming.

Dover unit

We love the SeaColony have stayed in a variety of units in different buildings over the many years. The unit was very nice and very clean with a great view! The hosts and property manger were great also. Our vacation's only short comings were that the mattress in the main bedroom was very "worn in", really should be replaced and the fact that there was no real entry way for daily drops of sandy towels etc and the stackable washer and dryer were very small... they were not very conducive for 4 adults with big beach towels and suits etc every day.... it was something we were just not used to in our rentals.... but it certainly did not stop us from having a wonderful week.
