Amazing vacay!

The house and location was amazing! House is beautiful. Does need additional extenders for the wifi as the house is too big for just the router.

Just wow

Our stay was truly amazing! The home was picture perfect. The family and I enjoyed every minute of our time! Beach access is extremely close and shops are right around the corner. 10/10 would go again!

Amazing home!

This home is perfect! It was well stocked, very clean, and we loved the modern decor. We were also thrilled to have our family dog with us and enjoyed the short walk to the beach and Pecan Jacks for ice cream. Having the pool was icing on the cake.

BEAUTIFUL Vacation Home!

This vacation home was PERFECT! We did not have one complaint! This home is just as the pictures shows, but better in person. The beds are so comfortable, the pool was nice and warm! Just a short 2-3 min. walk to a private access to the beach, close restaurants, and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet. OH, and the outdoor space! It was very relaxing and beautiful. You will not regret booking this home. We will be back in the future!

Big Family 30A Vacation

The property is awesome! Very clean, and beautifully designed. The backyard setup is an Oasis! There were 10 family members. We had plenty of room, plenty of towels/washcloths, plenty of everything! We only had a few hiccups with Direct TV and the Internet not functioning. The Property Manager was attentive and worked to resolve the issues.

It is set up for families to gather, yet there are multiple living spaces for everyone to spread out and relax. We made great use of both the beautiful kitchen and the backyard, and the bedrooms are both clean and comfortable. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood both relaxing and lively with the beach just across the street! Easy walk with some really cool shops and local restaurants nearby.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house with a super easy walk to the beach. We had 9 adults plus a 2 year old in the house and didn’t feel cramped. Loved the pool and the outdoor living area. Our only issue was that a smoke alarm low battery signal went off in the middle of the night. There was no answer at the property management office 24 hour emergency line. Property was awesome and would highly recommend!

The Perfect Beach Home Away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Maison De La Mer is a spacious, beautifully designed home in a great location. The home was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. We especially loved the master bedroom and en suite, luxurious, spa like master bath, the outer dining area and saltwater pool in the enclosed back yard. We did have some trouble getting WiFi, which had limited range and bandwidth in the home and was only working intermittently and only on the second and third floors of the home. However, the property management team was very responsive and quick to help remedy the situation by bringing us a hot box and getting it serviced. We were very pleased overall with their attention and performance. This is a great vacation home and we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Santa Rosa Dream Home

This house is incredible and they really thought of everything. We had some issues with the internet but they sent someone out promptly to address it. The location and proximity to the beach is perfect. We did rent a golf cart as my mother in law has bad knees but we otherwise could have easily walked or biked (on the bikes provided) to the stores, restaurants, etc.beach access is just at the end of the road. This house is not only gorgeous and tranquil but well worth it. My only criticism would be the internet and cell service which is out of their control given the area. I had planned to do some work during our down time and was unable to due to the instability of the signal. However, nothing was critical for me to do so it was a minor inconvenience that ended up forcing me to relax during my vacation rather than work. If internet is a requirement I would be a little leery of this entire area. We will definitely be back to stay here!

Christmas at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful house that was well stocked to meet all our needs. Unfortunately, we had terribly cold weather all week and couldn't take advantage of the pool, bikes and close proximity to the beach. Even though there is a gas fireplace outside it doesn't have a blower to put out heat, it's more for ambiance. Patio style heaters would help for outside seating and dining. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking large meals and there was plenty of dishes, glassware and utensils.
