We had the best week at this property! It was clean, spacious rooms, great location— an easy walk to the beach and pool. We loved the front deck and being able to see the ocean. We’re already planning our return trip!

The rental was cute and well-maintained. The house was clean and air conditioning worked great. Plenty of kitchen appliances provided. Loved the double fridge just for drinks. Nice big deck to sit on at night!

Great stay at Fort Morgan

Loved our stay at this location. The house was a good size for our family and gave us plenty of space. It was located not far from the beach access and was a quick walk to the beach. Loved the layout and the decks to sit on and enjoy the view of the water. Well equipped kitchen with two refrigerators. Would definitely stay here again.

Otherwise, the view is spectacular and the decks are great for napping and reading and the kids loved it all. I will stay here again.

Great Beach Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Grammont was the perfect location for our family vacation. It was so close to the beach and the pool. The pictures didn’t do it justice. While it was about 15+ minutes to many of the restaurants and shops, we enjoyed the serenity and laid-back vibe of the area. We would definitely rent this house again if we vacation in this area again. We did wish this rental offered the $400 Activities Daily that several of the other rentals in the area offer.

Wonderful Views From Deck

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the views from the decks of this unit! Floor plan is amazing, kitchen well equipped, and I love the customer service from Coastal View Vacation, all are amazing! However, after having knee surgery 3 weeks before we opted for the bedroom downstairs which bed was very uncomfortable! Our family was also very disappointed with the living room furniture, desperately needs updating to accommodate a family! Would consider this house again with updates but will definitely be a returning renter of Coastal Views!

Great house for large family with beach access across the street

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house! Perfect for our family of 8! Beach access was right across the street, just a few minutes walk. Definitely look up the ferry schedule if you’re coming that route. Also get groceries before you get to the house because there’s only a small store and the prices are jacked way up. But the house was wonderful and we loved the location.

Pros: location to the beach and pool was short walk, the neighborhood felt safe and friendly. There was plenty of room for the whole family. I had my wife, two grown daughters and three grand children 11,6,&1. The upper balcony had good view of the water. We all laid out on the deck and just watched stars in silence one night. Tacky Jacks 2 and Kiva Grill was our favorite restaurants real close. We went to Fort Morgan on the day we had double red flags. There’s a dollar general real close. Gulf Shores is only 25 minute drive. We loved being away from the rat race of the strip. The beaches were not overcrowded. Con: the beds and living room furniture were not real comfortable. New mattresses and two new sitting chairs in the living room would have made it all better. We made core family memories and I’ll definitely keep this place in mind in the future.
