Freshly redecorated for 2025, Stay Salty is a charming, non-smoking and pet-prohibited 1-bedroom/1- bath condo with an additional sleeping alcove—ideal for couples and small families! Start your mornings with a serene canal-front sunrise and unwind in the evenings under cozy café lights on the covered, newly decorated and furnished deck. The Main bedroom features a King-size bed and private deck access for your own peaceful retreat. The cozy alcove just off the kitchen includes a Twin bed with a trundle that easily converts into a second King, plus a stacked washer/dryer for added convenience. The open-concept living, dining, and full kitchen space is bright and welcoming, filled with natural light. Enjoy your favorite shows on the mounted flat-screen TVs in both the living room and Main bedroom and stay connected with high-speed WiFi throughout your stay. Get your day started at the newly added coffee & tea bar, complete with all the fixings and comforts of home. This property is a Vacation-My-Way so there is a 3-night minimum in effect year-round. Parking at the building for up to 2 vehicles, neither spot is covered. This building does not have an elevator, it is located on the 1st floor- which is accessed by a flight of stairs. Guests can bring a boat, but no slip is provided with the rental. Slips can be rented on a first come-first serve basis from the rental office and trailers must be stored off-site.

Our stay in your condo was one of the best places we have rented! We decided to go on a vacation with just our family, and your condo was the perfect place to stay! We loved the Pirates Cove area. The owners decorating style had me in awe! If we ever get a place in PC, I'd love to decorate similarly!
