The main floor features an open-concept living room with a grand fireplace and stream-ready TV, flowing seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain—just bring the food!

Step outside to enjoy the gas grill, fire pit (starter firewood provided, with more available for purchase), and multiple outdoor seating areas that offer both privacy and space to gather.

Guest access
Guests are able to access the home through a keyless entry system. Host and house manager are available via cell.

Other things to note:

We do require a list of names and ages of all guests.

We do not allow weddings/receptions to be held at Paradise.

The property manager lives nearby and is available by text for any assistance needed.

Ample common space for family activities, games, quilting, scrapbooking, and more.
We provide; , recreation room with plenty of games and activities, 2 TV's, soaker tub, heated pool, private country setting, walking trails, outdoor fire pit, full size basketball court, pickleball court, and volleyball court (all equipment is provided!)

House Rules
- Quiet hours are between 11 PM - 7 AM.
- We require a list of names and ages of all guests 1 week prior to check-in
- Do not use any of our neighbors' property during your stay. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- No parties or large events
- No smoking anywhere on the premise
- No pets allowed
- No additional or unregistered guests allowed.
- No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted including, but not limited to, underage drinking, illegal narcotics, strippers, kegs, deep fryers, fireworks, other flammable items, etc.
- Please keep the garage door closed at all times.
- Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house.
- Please keep doors locked when you are not home
- Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent letting bugs inside
- Please respect check-in and check-out times, as well as the check-out process.
-Excessive cleaning (if required)is billed at $50/hr. Repairs due to damages are $50/hour. If anything becomes ruined or missing, you will be charged accordingly. Notification is given prior to any deductions from your security deposit on file.
- We have a locked owner's closet in the home. This room is not for guest purposes and should be respected as the owner's personal space.
-No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers (e.g., catering companies, DJ’s, VJ’s, rental equipment companies, etc.).
