We had a wonderful week! The house is in a perfect location, so close to the entrance to the beach. It had everything we needed for beach days and all the essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms with tons of towels and beach chairs. The deck and balcony was lovely to chill out on and relax.Couldn't recommend more!

Great home base.for beach vacation

The property was well stocked with kitchen pots, pans, dishes etc. We didn't cook much except for feeding the children. So many towels, beach as well as bathroom towels although we did bring our own beach towels because of the children. The beach is steps away. Perfect location! I would definately return. We had a great stay!

Green Harbor Beach Front

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was situated right across the road from the beach. We enjoyed the location a lot because of our plans to visit Boston and Cape Cod. It was right in between both places and right next to the beach. The area had that Cape Cod and coastal "look and feel" to it. The kids all enjoyed it. Thank you, Jean, for allowing us to stay at your property. Looking forward to another visit someday. Mark

Nice Location

The location was great and the house was nice however the hosts did not stock well with toilet paper or other kitchen basics like salt, sugar etc. You have to bring everything you need or shop for it at this location. I have stayed in many vrbo and most have the basics in the kitchen especially for dry foods and toilet paper. Also we were sent check out explanations by text and they required us to put laudry out at 9am day of check out which is way too early for a check out day. There also wasn't any instructions in the house about what to do for wifi etc. We did communicate via tex with hosts about other issues and they were responsive. I'd just suggest a bit better organization for onsite instructions. We had a great stay. Thank you

Truly a Home by the Sea

Our family really enjoyed our stay at "Home by the Sea." We had perfect weather, and enjoyed the ocean breeze. The water heater broke prior to our arrival which Jean kept us informed of the progress. Like all homes, things happen, but that didn't put a downer on our stay. Jean did everything to make it right. We truly appreciate home owners that open up their homes so others can enjoy them too. And as we all know, homes can have issues, and unplanned things happen. That is why we appreciate all that Jean did to make our stay at her home pleasant. She recommend great places to eat, and all those places treated us like locals. We took take away the first night from The Lobster Pound, and all we can say is yum! We also had another meal there since it was so good. We also enjoyed donuts and pastries from The Coffee Shack. We went there our first morning, and we mentioned that we loved scones, and they took our number to get in touch with us if they made some during our stay. They contacted us and we had a special order waiting for us our last day! The house is close for great site seeing in Plymouth. We loved the location so close to the beach, definitely walkable, but for our main day at beach, we had my husband drop us off with beach supplies, and he then brought van back to house and walked back with our dog. This beach community is so dog-friendly! We appreciate that Jean's beach house is dog friendly. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again.
