We came to Michigan to visit family in Grand Rapids and Flint, as well as attend a game in Ann Arbor - this house was a great central location for us. The house was great and the downtown near it was perfect for shopping and dining.

Hi - We would stay here again. It's a sweet home and very comfortable. Looks new! The downstair queen bed was just a little nosey from people above...but it was ok.

Perfect setup for traveling with family. The upstairs had a great primary suite with a huge loft. The downstairs had another big bedroom for a couple and a “kids room” that had a twin bunk over a queen. My grandson loved the train set and books that were there. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and very clean. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the place and use the kayaks that were provided. Would stay again when coming to the area. Loved the modern updated Lake House vibe of the decor.

The Vrbo was the perfect location for my family as we celebrated my son’s wedding in Howell, MI. Very clean, newly renovated. Everything was great. Would recommend providing serving platter and serving bowls. We wanted to have chips and dip and struggled to find a big enough bowl. Beds were super comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great as well. Would highly recommend!

This house was spotless! There were 4 of us staying for the weekend and this was the perfect spot for us. The house had everything we needed, plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen had dishes for our take out. (we didn't cook). There were kayaks and life vests provided but we didn't use them. Everything inside the house was so clean, which we appreciated so much.

We spent 3 weeks at the RIZZ. We had a very nice stay. The house was very kid friendly and had toys for little ones. All of the mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen came fully stocked and there were plenty of towels and wash clothes. The owners were quick to respond with the few questions I had. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of Thompson Lake. I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Melinda made everything so easy - the house was perfect for our extended family (3 adults, 3 teens). We would definitely return to this home on a future trip to Howell.

Perfect Location for Ann Arbor

Stayed here for a game at the University of Michigan. Perfect location away from all the chaos; beautiful, idyllic location with the lake and relaxed feel. Fantastic house, fantastic host, will stay again if I'm back in the area.
