Gorgeous 6 Bedroom with 2 Hot Tubs

Treat you and your family to this luxurious, newly built, 6 bedroom vacation retreat. A perfect property for those who want a bit more privacy and still enjoy everything under one roof. This 4/2 bedroom split unit each has their own private hot tub and BBQ on both decks. Amenities include 2 kitchens, a family room with a table hockey game, A/C and so much more. A 2 minute drive will get you right to the lifts at Fernie Alpine Resort. and Ski In on a nearby trail which is a 5 minute walk back.

All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero-tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 13 total guests or fines will occur. Max. 6 parking spots and no street parking allowed.

* Capacity can never exceed 9 total guests on the 4 bedroom side or 4 guests on the 2 bedroom side.

Spacious and Well Equipped New House

We enjoyed our stay at this well built and spacious house. It was spotless and well equipped. It took less than 10 minutes to get to Fernie’s shopping and restaurant area. I highly recommend it for large groups of skiers given its ski-related storage facilities and its location (5 minutes to the slopes).
