Three spaces to work with two fully functioning wifi networks. Enjoy the fireplace, hot tub, sauna, and pool after a day out on the slopes. The backyard is the national forest with a huge network of trails perfect for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Snow sports, mountain views, breweries, backyard hikes, snowmobiling, rock climbing, and shopping! I love living here and cannot wait to share our incredible home and location with you.

Why they chose this property

This condo was the one the second we saw it. Full of natural light, spacious, and with outstanding views. The dining room and living area are large and the loft is an entire second floor. We love the neighborhood because it is quiet and there are a network of wonderful trails right in the back yard! The proximity to the ski resorts cannot be beat. 25mins from Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Loveland, and Arapahoe Basin. 35 minutes for Vail and 45 from Beaver Creek.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is on top of a mountain and surrounded by more mountains! Everywhere you turn there is a breathtaking view. Our condo is recently renovated and has outstanding views from the balcony and just sitting in the living room. We have a clubhouse that has a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room. The condo itself is perfect for working from and stealing an hour to ski during the work day.
