Very nice place to stay. The cottage had everything we needed and was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Easy to get around on the trolley.

It was a beautiful cottage with pretty decor. It was clean and quiet. The pools were far from the cottage but we were able to ride the trolley there and back and it was perfect. This was our second time staying at a cottage in Summer Village and we highly recommend this one.

My family had a great stay at the cottage. The space was comfortable and clean. The amenities at the complex were fun for the kids. We enjoyed the 2 family pools, tennis, bocce, and the playground. There were several beaches a close drive away (Ogunquit beach, Footbridge beach, North beach, Wells beach) and lots of nice restaurants in the area! The host was helpful and responsive.

Honestly we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation property for a family of 4 including a toddler & baby. This property was such a reasonable price, great/convenient location, and we enjoyed the summer village community activities such as walking the paved loop, the playground, & family pool. The cottage was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, & the perfect size for us. Thank you Kathleen for a wonderful stay. We cannot recommend enough and we hope to come back next year!

Great place!!

This place was great for our family! We absolutely loved it and will come again. I only put a 4 on location because we have small kids and wish we were a closer walk to the pool but seriously not a big deal. Overall this cottage and community is fantastic and we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect Fit

The cottage was perfect! Clean, very comfortable and a perfect amount of space for my family of four(2 adults and 2 large teen boys). We enjoyed all of the amenities and really appreciated the 2 bikes that were provided by the owner. Overall I’d rate this cottage as a perfect fit for my family!

Our quiet cottage stay was the best! The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The cottage is away from the hubbub and noise of town but close enough and centralized that we were able to get around Wells, Kennebunkport, and Ogunquit. The cottage was clean and had all the cookery we needed to grill and cook. The furniture and space was comfortable. There were even games and activities in the closet that our kids really enjoyed. We had a lovely time and hope to come back next year!
