Summer Better is a beachfront 7 bedroom beach house located in Fort Morgan, Alabama. This luxurious, professionally decorated house was just completed in December of 2022 and sleeps up to 18 guests. As soon as you walk in and see the gorgeous view, you will be eager to step outside onto the deck and feel the gulf breeze on your face! Here, you will find the private pool that overlooks the beach. Everyone will enjoy swimming and hanging out in the surrounding lounge chairs as they soak up the sun!

The white sandy beach is right at your fingertips at this beautiful, directly beachfront house. Take a walk along the waters' edge or spend the whole day on the uncrowded beaches of Fort Morgan! Relax on the sand as you listen to the crashing waves, build a sandcastle, throw a football, body surf in the waves, and so much more! The opportunities for both fun and relaxation are endless on the stunning Alabama Gulf Coast. After a day full of spending time with family and friends in the sun, "Summer Better" provides ample comfort and luxury inside. The open floor plan living space is perfect for entertaining or unwinding. The large kitchen is fully stocked, including a double refrigerator. Enjoy a meal at the bar area seating or the dining table! Also in this area is the cozy living room, where guests can enjoy the big game on the flat-screen TV. The second floor provides another living room where the kids can have their own movie night! This living room also contains an additional wet bar.

Throughout the house, the bedrooms boast stunning views from their large windows and are sure to provide a much-needed rest after a fun day! The first 2 bedrooms are found on the main floor, both with king beds and private bathrooms. Upstairs, there is another gulf-facing king bedroom with a private bathroom and a gulf-facing queen bedroom with a private bathroom. Next is the fifth bedroom, with a queen bed and private bathroom. The last 2 bedrooms have a shared bath, and one has 2 sets of twin over twin bunks while the other has a full over full bunk.

Amazing House!!!

The house was clean and beautiful! Lots of space to spread out. We had 11 for a family girls trip and did not even use one of the bedrooms. We loved that it had a pool and was right on the beach. Definitely plan to stay again!

This home was amazing!!!We have rented many homes in the Fort Morgan area and in the Orange Beach area but none compared to this home. The home was very clean when we arrived and the pool was great for the kids. I would recommend Pritchett Properties for anyone needing a home rental for vacation!!!!!

There were some many wonderful amenities in this house. Spectacular kitchen 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators., and spacious eating areas. It was perfect for our family. The only drawback to the house was the small driveway which was inadequate. Thank you Prickett properties for a wonderful day.

The house itself was five stars. Great access to the beach and the pool was a great hit with the children. The one drawback was the cleanliness of two of the bedrooms. The carpets had not be vacuumed and there was still food on them. We had to clean those two rooms before we could unpack our stuff.

Stay was great. House was as advertised, and the property managers are very communicative. I would gladly stay there again… We at Fort Morgan’s pizza & shrimp like 3 times because of how good the food was! My only advice is to heat the little pool y’all have. Thank you!!

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 8 adults (supposed to have 10), a baby, and two kiddos (were supposed to have 3 teenagers as well). Each room was beautiful with it's own bathroom. The multi levels made it easy for everyone to feel like they had their own space.The living and kitchen areas were large to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and we all loved the double fridge/freezer. There was plenty of storage space for all the food and snacks. The balcony and back deck were favorite areas to hang out. The pool was a hit with the kids after spending time at the beach. The carport area was spacious for multiple vehicles as well as storage for all the beach gear we brought with us. The walkway to the beach was very accessible for the older family members and made it easy to get out to the beach. The beach, sand, and ocean were beautiful! Since it was more of a secluded area, there was so much more nature to see (crabs, fish, and dolphins every morning!). At night, since there is not a lot of light, you can see an amazing amount of stars and even the milky way! The house was a bit far from the grocery stores and attractions of the area, so be aware of that. It is all still easy to get to, but we have been more used to being closer to Gulf Shores.Overall, we had a great time at a beautiful location!

Family vacation

Overall our family enjoyed our stay. There are some suggestions that we would make—we had two babies on our trip and all the stairs were a concern. I’d recommend baby gates on the stairs in the living room for both going up and down. Also more linens for the kitchen, more toilet paper (18 people present on our trip and we ran out!), more dishwashing detergent, sheets and blankets for the fold out couch are also needed. The cleaning staff missed some items while cleaning. One bedroom downstairs we found a sex toy on the ground that lit up and also some kind of pill/medication close the the bed on the floor (we had lots of children on this trip—if it had been infested a trip to the ER would have been take). The sex toy was found while searching for a toy under a bed. Horrified is the word we thought of first, if a child had found and played with it! There was also an empty beer can in a closet upstairs. Even though I’m listing these things I’m grateful our family had a place to stay and play while on vacation.
