New townhouse in the Heart of Marathon, just a mile from Marathon Airport and 50 miles from Key West. This is a brand new Oceanfront Complex offering covered parking, Oceanfront pool, and endless view of the Atlantic Ocean. There are tons of restaurants in the area, and places to visit. Tons of fishing charters within walking distance. This is a 568 sqft studio, with a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and a full bath. The unit offers high ceilings, light and bright, coastal living setting. Downstairs you have covered parking, BBQ, and another dining table with six chairs should you want to enjoy the outdoors. You could fish of the dock, ride bicycle in the secured complex or around town. Amazing Oceanfront Clubhouse, and plenty of Chickee huts to enjoy the Oceanviews and breeze. Common BBQ's and coin Laundry by pool and rec room. This is truly a hidden gem.
