One bedroom and one 1/2 baths nicely decorated. Cute and super clean. Tile floors throughout. Kitchen fully equipped. Wi-fi internet, cable tv, & DVD player. Living room has couch with queen size pull out bed. Located directly on deep turquoise Flow through canal, with views of Vaca Cut and Atlanta ocean.
Swimming, snorkeling, fishing, right off the dock with colorful tropical fishes. Fish cleaning station, swimming ladder, & shower on the private dock. Large concrete /tile dock has great afternoon shade. Sit & watch the boats go by while sipping on a cold drink.
Two sliding patio doors walk out to the dock. Has a private court yard with BBQ grill, table & chairs.
Washer & dryer available in laundry room.
Large commercial fishing charter boats within walking distance. Captain Hook’s for bait, tackle, boat rentals, etc. Curry’s coffee & smoothies around the corner.
Great location. You will not be disappointed!

Fishing Fishing Fishing!!!This house is perfect for the fishermen. Pretty much different species in the canal. how cool! I thought I caught nearly 200 fish in 7 days. We even saw nurse shark, tarpon and Manatee,The house is very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. Great location, walking distance to the bait shop. It is close to dining and shopping. We are sure will go back next year This house is highly recommended.

Great location right on a canal. Fishing was really good. The cottage had everything we could need. Overall, the place was pretty clean except for the pots and pans. They had a layer of old grease or oil which we had to clean before using.

We loved sitting on the deck and watching the boats, pelicans and manatees. The location is convenient for getting to other keys north and south. Be sure to try the pizza truck on the corner. Best pizza ever! The bed has a very soft, thick memory foam mattress. This unit has good AC but does not have heat which is rarely needed in the keys. We just happened to hit a cold snap. The kitchen was equipped with essentials. We would stay here again.

Great location

Perfect spot for couples with a boat. We rented an 18 foot boat for the week and had a blast fishing and exploring the reefs. The canal is a nice place to relax after a day on the water.

Amazing stay

We booked this one because of the location near Vaca Cut and the dockage out back…….and we’re NOT disappointed. We made full use of the dock, grill & patio areas for a really relaxing vacation. I will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit.

Good location clean and convenient

We enjoyed it very much. Location is good and convenient for access to both the Gulf and Atlantic. We brought our boat, the water access was perfect. The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated.

Sportsman’s Paradise

This property was perfect for what we wanted for our vacation!! The Two Conches marina is right around the corner, accommodates for fuel, accessible by boat, and carried everything needed for our stay! There was an ice machine a block away that provides bulk ice which is always a plus! No boat needed to fully enjoy ALL the keys has to offer right here from the private sea wall!!! The owner is very nice, very friendly and accommodating! Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Amazing Cottage

Winter get away

This was a great place for my virtual conference. Wifi was great and I could stream my conference in the warm sun. We even spotted manatees in the canal, that was a life long goal for me!

Fishing trip

Visited with a buddy for a week of fishing. The house is in a great spot with easy access to everything. Restaurants close by and a bait shop right up the street. Fishing in the back canal was a lot of fun as well. Caught snappers grunts and a small hogfish. We will be back for sure

We loved the place - spent a lot of time on the channel. The place was clean and comfortable we thought we were getting a king size bed but that was not the case - other then that everything was perfect!
