Start the washer with used linens and towels

Unapproved Check outs later than 30min will be punished by $50 and anything later than 2h will be charged an additional day.

No smoking or shoes inside a house, smoking inside the house is punished by an additional $200 per night.

It will be considered a party if more than the max. allowed people are at the property, without the hosts approval and your whole deposit will be lost
