The unit features a fully-stocked kitchen and coastal-themed living area with plenty of room to dine and unwind for an amazing and peaceful vacation oasis.

The soothing sounds of the fountain on the pool deck coupled with the waves meeting the shore in the distance, provide a relaxing melody for a much needed vacation. The unit overlooks the resort style pool, mushroom fountain, and beautiful landscaped common areas with partial ocean views. Enjoy an evening relaxing in the hot tub or grilling your favorite dinner at one of the community outdoor grills onsite.
In addition, the unit has deeded beach access just a few steps away. Just walk roughly a block down Scenic Gulf Drive and cross the street to the gated beach access to enjoy the most beautiful beaches anywhere around. Free beach service is provided including 2 chairs and an umbrella for your stay.
