CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. 

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Beautiful ocean view from the 7th floor. Condo had everything we needed. Beautiful property with extremely large deck. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shopping. Right on the beach.Loved our stay and will come back.

The unit was well equipped and comfortable, including the beds. The workout room, indoor pool, hot-tub and sauna were very well maintained, and we enjoyed there use especially on the colder days. The security team was exceptional, Johnny & Kyle definitely made our stay welcome and secure. The only issue we had, was the construction/remodeling going on in Unit 706B. At times it was a little irritating, but that was it. We appreciate the effort of the Host and the rest of the crew. Even the air conditioning service people and the water pipe inspector were very thorough and nice. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you.

Everything was just as described. We have everything we needed. There was some construction going on next door BUT it was not a deal breaker at all! Love the oversized balcony. Definitely will be back! The owners had a large chocolate chip cookie sent in apologies for the noise next door. We loved the condo, beds slept good.

The only complaint we had was the only smart TV was in the master bedroom. With kids and teens the lack of smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms was a downside. Other than that, the room was great!

The property was beautiful. The patio set up was excellent best part about the condo and the view!!!The condo has plenty of space and rooms.Our only thing we didnt like was the couch and the mattresses they were very uncomfortable

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and up to date. Loved the view from our balcony. Balcony is spacious and has plenty of furniture so everyone can be out there watching and listening to the waves. Would highly recommend!

The condo was nice. However, disappointing in that the indoor pool and indoor hot tub were located in a separate building across the parking lot, past the construction area. This wasn’t clear on the website. Also, the outdoor pool was closed due to construction on the “A” building. Good location and security people were very friendly.

The unit I stayed in 705B was very nice. There was only a few issues. One the toaster was broke, but I sent them a text and they instantly said that they would have it replaced. The other thing is, there's a stain on the commode top in the master bathroom, which I think they need to replace it. Also, I think the mattress needs to be replaced.I would stay here again for sure!

Top of our list of vacation locations we've visited

This really is the best beach condo rental we've had. Very spacious. Internet service was fast as I had to work while there. The deck is Huge and well-furnished. We really liked the beach. The bed was very comfortable. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay and we will likely try to get the same rental in the future. We loved the location too. Lots of nice nature trails. Good food. The Warf and Foley are great places to go for shopping and entertainment.

Clean and updated stay on the beach

Such a nice property! Updated and clean. Lots of cooking utensils and enough supplies to get you started on a lovely beach vacation. Mr. Coffee maker and a Keurig available. ~ Great location! Be aware if you bring a canopy for the beach you have to stay back about 15 yards from the water. Only umbrellas are allowed up close or you can rent them. If we had little kids that would be an issue but with our older kids, not a problem and nice to be back away from the crowds with our canopy. Loved our stay!! 100% would come back!!

The condo was lovely. The building needs painted though. The outdoor pool area was really nice, but the water was still pretty cold, even for Memorial Day weekend. Indoor pool is much, much smaller than it seems in photos. It had way too many people in it without supervision. 1/3 of the indoor "pool" is a hottub, and it was full of younger people drinking while in the water. Between the party crowd and the out of control tweens, most families left the indoor pool within a few minutes. The "playground" is nonexistent. The gym set and slide have been removed. All that remained were a couple of faded spring sets and a rotten teeter totter in a patch of dirt. It looked like a place where you'd find a used needle. We chose to stay at a condo instead of a house so the young kids would have lots of things to keep them busy in addition to the beach. This wasn't the place.
