very outdated. the blinds would not work in master bedroom. very small washer and dryer. carpet in the rooms looked dirty and had a smell to them. There was only 1 elevator that worked for most of time and the wait for it was long.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life! We appreciate the 5-star review and your detailed feedback about SeaChase 1002W. I’m sorry the unit fell short in several areas. We’ll share your notes with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to inspect and repair the master bedroom blinds, evaluate the washer/dryer, and address the carpet cleanliness and odor. We’ll also notify building management about the elevator availability and wait times. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention — we hope to welcome you back.

Beautifully decorated with wonderful beach view. Furniture and beds so comfortable! Between that and sitting on the balcony, almost didn’t leave the condo. Very convenient location. We plan to return next spring and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.
