Charming 3 bedroom condo with sunset view, totally furnished in Key West-style decor for family enjoyment. DVD and reading library, Pack N’ Play and free wireless internet in unit.

Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pets, Monthly Rentals Available

Requires 50% Down Payment, remainder due 30 days prior to check-in

Needs fixing up and deep clean before worth the price
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. I was in several other unit and they looked great. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and things that were broken in our unit. The layout was good but my parents bathroom handle was falling off - they had no towel rack cause it was broken before we got there. The fan didn’t work. All things you can live with but for the price we should not have less than the other units. These things should be fixed before it is rented out again. No heated pools was awful!

Would not recommend this unit. :(
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had ants from the day we checked in till we left. They got in our suitcases and food. We called the first day and no one came to check. We called again on the 4th day and they brought a can of ant killer and sprayed them. We will not stay in this unit again. Melissa was great when we called her on the 4th day. She was great.
