About this property

Charming Oceanfront Condo 2 Bed, 2 Bath with new queen sleeper/sofa - sleeping 6. On the10th floor, the ocean views and sunrises are amazing from the balcony and living spaces. The beautiful view is not obstructed with window coverings. This condo was recently updated with new appliances including a washer and dryer. The designer furnishings create a relaxing beachy feel. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. Enjoy three large flat screen Roku televisions, games, boogie boards, chairs and free WI-Fi…everything you need for a great vacation.
The main bedroom has a new king bed and a large private bathroom including a jetted tub/shower. The guest room has two comfy twin beds. The new deluxe queen sleeper/sofa is in the living area. The second bathroom has an enclosed shower. Both baths have shower entry grab bars and wall mounted, pull down grab bars for the toilets.
The ocean front deck, has a kiddie pool and full swimming pool surrounded with lounge chairs and there is a beach access gate. The Salty Pickle Bar and Grill has food and beverages with a convenient pool deck service window with tables and chairs on the deck for dining. Inside is a pool table. BBQ grills are on the far side of the deck. There is an indoor heated pool and hot tub with table seating. NO glass is allowed in the pool areas.
Parking - 2 Car parking permit without guaranteed parking.
It’s a short walk to Garden City Pier, for fishing, dining and entertainment. Nightly 2 bands play on the ends of the Pier. The Marsh Walk and many entertainment venues are close. Myrtle Beach features 2 Tanger outlet malls outlets. Myrtle Beach Airport 10-20 min away.

Beautiful Beachfront

Really nice place with awesome sunrise view from balcony. Close to many restaurants and stores. Nice appliances. Can see surf side and Garden city piers from balcony! Beach is clean and beautiful!

Ocean front is the way to go

The condo was very nice, great view. The outdoor pool was awesome and cleaned every morning. Liked how you can be at the pool walk out to beach and if you got hungry just go upstairs for lunch. It would be nice if you could have grill utensils since there are 2 outdoor grills to use. A strainer would be nice in the kitchen for draining noodles etc. other than that it was GREAT!!!

Family vacation

My husband and I went along with his mother and aunt, both elderly. Area was beautiful, beaches clean with lifeguards on duty. Close to Murells inlet which is an awesome place to visit. Would definitely do again.

Great location

Spectacular ocean front view! I never had to wait for more than 30 seconds for an elevator. Good proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Very quiet unit. I will return to this property!

The view makes it!

There was a lot of sand still on the floor, crumbs of food in one area and the toilet seats were sealed to show they had been cleaned but when I took off the seal there was hair on the seat but overall it was clean. The check-in/communication process was a bit difficult because we never recieved our check-in instructions. I thought that they would be sent at 4:00 at the check-in time like other rentals. After 4:00 we started reaching out to the host. When she didn't respond to our phone calls, texts and messages through the VRBO site we started to panic. I happen to have the reservation employee number and I sent her a text. She did end up responding and stating that she sent an email with instructions but I never recevied it. She gave us the code for entry finally at 5:25 by text. So thankful for her! The host sent my husband a text the next day and said she misplaced her phone and that we had been sent the info. My problem here is I feel like we should've gotten a follow up phone call from the host the next day making sure everything was ok PLUS we never got the instructions so if there was other info we needed to know as far as check out procedures, we didn't get it. We checked in on a Wednesday so the next day was a business day. The host also never responded to my message through the VRBO booking. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but the view makes up for anything bad. The Salty Turtle had good food and staff even though it looks sketchy. We ate there twice.
