Thank you for your kind review. I'm glad you had a pleasant stay and found the condo well-equipped with everything you needed. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I hope to welcome you back again in the future.
Nice condo and great location with pool and tennis courts and a hiking trail. Only negative I can think of is the kitchen needs some brighter lighting.
Clean, very nice place with private balcony. Lots of games available to play. Nice kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Owner was very nice, helpful, easy to work with. We did a lot of hiking in Blackwater Falls State Park- ice-maker in freezer was much appreciated for filling our water bottles!
Fantastic place! The condo was very clean and filled with amenities that made us feel at home and welcomed. Great convenient location in a beautiful setting. Would stay again for sure!
My only issue with the property was that the front door really does stick - I had to use the code twice every single time I needed to unlock the door. Otherwise, it was comfortable, decorated with a whimsy mountain theme, and exactly what I needed.
Really clean and well decorated/equipped condo with great location! We enjoyed it!

Beautiful area, but no cell service. We didn’t receive the check in code the day we arrived because we didn’t have cell reception.

Thank you for your feedback. The check-in code was sent through the VRBO messaging platform on the day before your arrival. Since you were able to access the condo without needing to contact me or VRBO for assistance, it appears the check-in information was available when needed.
I'm sorry that cell reception in the area was limited during your stay. On a positive note, I'm glad you were able to get settled in and that you enjoyed your time at the condo. Thank you for staying with us.
The condo is very comfortable, cozy and well stocked. Very conveniently located to lots of recreation. The host thought of everything to make us feel at home. There is a binder with tons of useful information and plenty of games to play. The complex is clean and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the Beech Bunny and will be back!
There are not enough words to explain how much we enjoyed our stay. The Beech Bunny was so cozy! The little touches made the stay. Loved the books, games and snacks. Firewood was so easily accessible. The host was responsive to all of our questions so quickly. Definitely recommend to those needing a place to stay while visiting the Davis area! We hope to be back again soon.

Thank you so much for this kind review! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed your stay at The Beech Bunny. It means a lot to know that the cozy atmosphere and little touches like the books, games, and snacks helped make your visit special.
We’re also glad the firewood setup and quick communication made things easy and comfortable for you. That’s exactly the kind of experience we hope to create for every guest.
It was a pleasure to host, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime you’re visiting the Davis area again. Looking forward to your next stay!
We are from West Virginia but we goto the Davis area about every year. This year we chose to stay in this condo and it was wonderful. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with pans and seasonings. The free supplied fire wood was also great. Most definitely will stay here again.
