In addition to the fact that we are located in a prestigious area of the city near the best hotels, the best restaurants and the best shopping area, we are also surrounded by forest trees and a river flows nearby, along which you can kayak to the beach and return back. You can also get to the beach from us in 15 minutes by bike.

In our condominium, the interior space is so organized that it seems that you are in a private house. The stunning view from the dining room window and the lanai to the lake will not leave anyone indifferent.
