About the host
Your host

We are a family of three in the Boston area who love to go out and do things, and have been coming to Vermont for many years.
Why they chose this property
After many years of coming to Vermont, we chanced upon a house and a place we felt we would love to go back to time and time again. We were taken in by the scenery, lovely indoors and proximity to the ski slopes and the Upper Valley. We then wanted to share it with others. The Vermont Red House came into being!
What makes this property unique
The space is custom built for ease and comfort. The living room/kitchen with soaring ceilings lets you enjoy the outdoors from your perch. A fully appointed kitchen with top of the line applicances and spice rack makes meals fun and easy. The upper master suite is spacious, and the second bedroom downstairs has two bunk beds. The jotul fireplace creates a cozy space for relaxing and conversation. The wrap around deck and firepit offer plenty of opportunities to unwind and take the surroundings in. There is a 400mbps fast wifi-6 network in place, for the times you need to connect back with the world. There are also flat screen smart TVs in each bedroom for your entertainment. For snow lovers, there are a pair of snowshoes, a fancy LLBean snowtube, and a kids pull sled available to enjoy the surroundings and the Ascutney backcountry.
