Located less than six miles (10km) from Siesta Key, Lido Key, and 2 miles to downtown Sarasota, you will enjoy our unique home with retro features and plenty of sunshine . You will find your own oasis in our backyard, beautifully landscaped with a private heated pool, screened lanai, tropical plants and seashells. Outdoor picnic grounds to grill along with an outdoor shower to rinse off under. Walking distance to Southside Village, Arlington Park, and Hillview St for boutique shopping, and fine dining. Less than one mile to Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Experience the charming retro Florida living at its best.

Outstanding in every way!

This rental is simply wonderful. It is located in a quiet, extremely walkable neighborhood and is easily accessible to everything in the Sarasota area within 15 to 20 minutes by car. The photos that accompany the listing are 100 % accurate and because of all the large glass windows and fabulous screened in lanai, you feel like you are living outdoors! Beautifully landscaped, it provides utmost privacy. Communication with homeowners is excellent. They were always reachable if you have questions or concerns. Well stocked kitchen made preparing meals effortless and the homeowner’s attention to detail in decorating really shines. A real gem of a mid century modern experience. We had a terrific 2 week stay here.

Amazing Holiday in Sarasota

My wife and I travel to Sarasota regularly. And we have been searching for the perfect home for those visits. This house is in a fantastic location close to downtown shops and restaurants, less than 15 minutes drive to St Armand's Circle, and beaches. The house is in a family friendly neighborhood and is clean and well decorated. The backyard is expansive with a great pool area that can be seen from the huge living room. We would most definitely want to stay there again and would highly recommend it for your next family trip to Sarasota.

A lovely mid-century modern stay

The house is handsomely decorated in mid-century modern. So much fun to look at. It's extremely clean and neat. The backyard is lovely and private. We loved the big TV and having Netflix. Just a pleasure to stay here. We hope to return!

Sunnyside Oasis!!

We had the best vacation at this house!! We loved how quiet and secluded the backyard felt. The pool was fabulous - clean and the perfect size! We especially loved the screened in patio overlooking the pool and backyard. Located so close to the best restaurants and shopping! Minutes from the beach too. The owners put so much thought into our stay. We highly recommend staying here! Can’t wait to come back to this slice of paradise!!

Why they chose this property

This home is centrally located near all of the popular, marvelous attractions that people come to Sarasota for. We love being so close to beaches but also close enough to the action in downtown Sarasota. We are lovers of the arts and culture, and there is no shortage of it here in our little slice of heaven.

What makes this property unique

You will find very rare, original Terazzo flooring in our home. We wanted to create a space that plays into "old-Florida" while updating the areas that also make it current. You will find a brand-new washer and dryer, grill, updated primary bathroom, and an outdoor space where we love to spend most of our time. Interior design is a passion of mine. I hope you will sense that when you arrive. We look forward to seeing you soon!
