- Empty the trash out into the outside bin. - Wash and put away all used dishes. - Strip linens from all used beds, along with all used towels place in front of TV.

Kitchen was fully equipped! I gave cleanliness 4/5 stars due to the fridge and the bbq grill! Other than that, as a local to Homosassa, it’s a great location and close to everything you would need! Communication was also good with management!

Cool cottage style place. Good location for fishing with room to park boat/trailer in close proximity to Homosassa Spring and also Crystal River. It was clean and had a kitchen with everything you needed.
