This place was great. Thank you for letting us just walk out the door. We didn’t have to strip beds, towels garbage. It was so refreshing. I hate when we are charged a cleaning fee and have to do half the work. When on vacation I don’t want to clean. But we also don’t leave a mess.

We did see an issue with the stove not lighting on one side. The other concern was water filter on the fridge needs to be changed!
We (7 of us)went for my son’s graduation. The property was a little tricky to find. The there was not a sign marker with the address on it … luckily one of us was able to see the numbers on the big blue house it self which was set back from the road. The house was very clean, neat and beautifully decorated. All four bedrooms were stocked with all the amenities, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels, blow dryer. The beds were great! Not too hard or too soft, just right. The kitchen was stocked with really everything you need to make meals. I will definitely be back for next graduation and maybe sooner. I really enjoyed the area!!
We had such a nice day in this home. My flights kept getting changed and I was allowed to check in early and stay longer for check out. The house was very clean. We had everything we needed. I would suggest more hangers and possibly a dresser in the bedroom. We would definitely stay here again and because we still have family in the area I’m sure that we will.
Home was very clean and comfortable. However, the couch and love seat need some attention. The cushions are worn (a tad saggy) and the upholstery should be cleaned (pet smell?). The shag rug in the living room also had a stinky pet odor. The house was hard to find at first, but when we made a right turn at the corner we saw the driveway and the house number clearly!. Other than that, it is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay.
This home was the perfect place for our family as we ventured into the Redwoods for the first time. It is very spacious, clean and situated in a convenient and quiet area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay would have been great if we had been able to communicate with the host. The first members of our group couldn't get the lockbox open and were sent to voicemail when they called the property managers. I arrived, had the same issue, and left another voicemail. I eventually got the lockbox open, but no one ever returned our calls.Later, a toilet clogged, and we discovered there was no hot water. We called again, left another voicemail, and I also sent a message through the VRBO app. After waiting a couple of hours and getting no response, I contacted VRBO, and after about 25 minutes on the phone, they reached the owner. Within an hour, someone arrived and fixed both the toilet and the hot water. The cleaning crew arrived before 10am on checkout day, which was fortunate because we couldn't get the lockbox open to return the keys.A few minor maintenance issues: several towel bars and toilet paper holders were loose, and the downstairs TV remote needed new batteries.Aside from these issues, the house is beautiful, spotless, and well suited for a large group. The neighborhood is quiet, the wooded views are lovely, and the location is excellent. Better communication from the host and insuring all systems were functioning BEFORE we arrived would have made this an outstanding stay.
The house was clean, there were plenty of beds, and check in and check out was smooth. I gave it three stars because the internal temperature was 53 when we arrived. After 2 hours of the heater running, it had only risen to 56. We reached out to the host who said that there was a space heater in one of the closets, but we never found a space heater. It would have been nice if there had been extra blankets, or an extra space heater, to accommodate the extremely slow central heating unit. Otherwise, we had a good visit, and we were happy with our trip.
Just a tiny bit confusing to find based on online maps, but it is part of duplex/combined address, so when you see the first sign, you know you're close!
We loved this house. It was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The floor plan allowed for plenty of space, both in the living space for gathering and lots of privacy w/bedrooms and bathrooms. It was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. We highly recommend and would stay again!
