ENJOY OUR SEASONAL SPECIAL RATES!

This beautiful mountain-top condo is located at the top of Swiss Mountain at Seven Springs Resort and all of the resort's activities, outdoor condo pool, tennis, summer recreation, winter skiing, golf, shooting clays, special events, dining, and more (with a few new public rules)! The high speed CABLE internet in the condo, outdoor tennis courts, and outdoor swimming pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) are all FREE. Other activities such as group hot tub, winter snow skiing, lodge indoor swimming pool, tubing, climbing, horseback riding, and golf are available IN THE RESORT OR RESORT AREA for the standard resort fees! Renters have full access to Seven Springs Resort and free shuttle to the lodge. And slopes.. The 2-story condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, A/C in bedrooms, basic equipped kitchen and dining room. Sleeping spaces for up to 10 listed below. Nearby condos may provide additional space. Non-contact key provided on arrival, no check-in required.

Skiing and snowboarding, outdoor swimming pool, golf, tennis, mountain biking trails, free lodge shuttle, indoor pool and bowling, game room, and many other resort amenities. Most resort activities entail a resort fee. Spectacular mountain resort setting in western Pennsylvania. Close to Ohiopyle and Fallingwater!

The place was very nice with plenty of room for the five of us to relax. The mountains surrounding the area are beautiful. Individual heat for each room made it nice to keep everyone comfortable. There were so many little things in the kitchen, the kinds of things you would easily forget to pack, that made it feel even more like home. Items like portable fans and other amenities were a great to make us feel like we were staying at a friends place.

Property location excellent - we started our weekend off at Idlewild then spent the following day at Laurel Hill SP. Also great that there was a pool with an awesome pavilion - we enjoyed pizza by the pool. sleeping accommodations were perfect - having 2 full BR was a definite plus. The sliding patio screen door did not work properly - didn’t fit the frame but we managed. The overall decor of the condo is somewhat dated - but it was clean.

Great location, lovely grounds. Steps up to the second floor immediately upon entry. Very comfortable for us four. Plenty of linen and pillows for ten. Needs more light in the bedrooms and living room. Showers were clean and water pressure was strong. Some kitchen appliances and dishes needed cleaning or dusting. Decor was a step back to the 80s. Quite nostalgic. One small snafu with communication but quickly rectified even at the late hour we called.

Stephen is an ideal host, and the condo has a surprising amount of room. Nice separation upstairs and down - for adults and kids or (in our case) separate adults. Helens is worth the reservation for dinner!
